Elevate Mental Health Supports offers mental health support groups designed to foster connection, build skills, and improve overall mental health and quality of life. Our groups provide a safe and welcoming experience, and are rooted in evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Nature-based Therapeutics.

The CBT Compass: Navigating Seasonal Changes
This group series is focused on helping people who struggle with the change from Fall to Winter. It is also focused on helping people feel supported through the holiday season, which can often be an added layer of stress. Family & Friends Support Circle
This is a series of support groups for people who have a loved one that struggles with their mental health. This group will include time for talking through and processing struggles, and will also feature time for psychoeducation and self care. The intention of these groups is to support people through the stresses of the transition from fall to winter and the holidays.
